Property Standards

Our motto to all our valued guest is "Welcome to your home away from home."  To this end we are constantly encouraging owners to provide us with the best possible properties to present to the traveling public.  We find a higher demand and thus higher occupancy rate, for the better equipped and better furnished properties.  We also have four different classifications of properties similar to Hotel's five star structure in which we use our own discretion in setting as wear and tear will vary with units and are dependent to some degree on the quality of materials used initially.

1.  Premier class - Renovated within the last ten years, to include all new kitchen and baths (including appliances and fixtures), new flooring and window coverings, and refurnished within the past five years with all new furniture,  bedding and carpet if applicable.  This is our highest class of property normally demands room rates between 10% and 20% higher than a superior rated property.

2.  Superior - Renovated within the last ten years, to include all new kitchen and bath counters and cabinets, flooring and window coverings,  new furniture and bedding.

3.  Standard - Less recently upgraded with ocean or mountain views.

4.  Economy - Minimal and less recent upgrades.  Good value for less money.

10. Dinnerware and flat ware – service for twice as many as the unit sleeps

12. Dishwasher – optional but preferred

13. Rice cooker

14. Cooking Wok

15.  Water filter jug

16. Oven mitts & hot plate holders 

HOUSEHOLD

1. Ironing board

2. Steam iron

3. Mop, Broom & dust pan

LIVING

BEDROOM

1. Alarm clock/radio with CD player

2. White plastic hangers (24) for each closet

 

LINEN & TOWELS

1. Bath – two sets of towels (bath, hand and wash cloth) for each person the property sleeps

2. Bed – two complete sets of sheets and pillowcases for each bed + Bedspreads

3. Kitchen – dishcloths and kitchen towels

4. Beach Towels

*(You may also elect to purchase a complete linen startup package from us at $250 to $300 depending on size of your unit)

**(If your unit does not have a washer/dryer, please do not purchase high quality or colored sheets sets as they will get lost in the laundry service shuffle)

1. Spread for each bed.  If comforter, also a bed skirt.
