Our real estate company was founded in 1991 and is comprised of two main divisions. Captain Cook Real Estate (formerly Captain Cook & Associates) is a real estate brokerage firm which handles real estate sales, long term property management, and long term rentals mostly in Honolulu and the Waikiki area, but other areas of Oahu as well. And, Captain Cook Resorts is a vacation rental and property management company for vacation rentals mostly in the Waikiki area.

Some of our real estate brokers have been licensed and working full time in real estate since 1976,  so you will be in very experienced and capable hands.  We have also have Japanese, Tagalog, Visaya, Chavacano, and Yakan speaking staff available to provide the best quality of service for non-English speakers.  Please feel free to contact us.

Long Term Property Management

Our long term property management division manages over 170 properties throughout Oahu. We provide services to investment property owners for real estate management, leasing, contract administration, and accounting. 

Our backbone is our staff of well experienced and well trained property managers.  If you are new to us, you will very quickly see that you are in competent, professional hands.  Our goal is your satisfaction.  

Vacation Rentals & Vacation Rental Management

The resort reservations company, formerly operating as H.A.L.E. (Hawaiian Apartment Leasing Enterprises) of Laguna Beach, California, was acquired in 1999, and incorporated as Captain Cook Resorts. Here we can help you book reservations in an ever expanding inventory which currently include over 65 condominium units in Waikiki.
