We honored to have been selected by various owners to manage a $70 million portfolio of over 100 Honolulu properties, and are pleased to present them here for you to consider. There is even a map showing the property location. Then if you like it, call us to see it in person. If you own property and are looking for a property manager, look through this to see how your property will be presented, then check out our owner's section for more information. Please note that this website is being launched in November 2003, and many of the multi-media presentations will be added as properties become vacant. Since many of our tenants stay with us for years, it may be a long while until you can see all of our properties. But you should be able to see those that are available now.
