Bob Cook

Bob has been active full time in real estate in Honolulu since 1976, after serving ten years in the Air Force. (Yes, he really was "Captain Cook"!) After spending 15 years with another local brokerage, much of the time as an associate partner and sales manager, Bob started this company in 1991. He is an experienced, friendly guy who believes in personal yet professional service. He has helped people buy $17,000 condos and multi-million dollar oceanfront estates. Bob has worked comfortably and successfully over the years with lots of people, first-time buyers, as well as with those more experienced and sophisticated in the real estate arena. He also has done a lot of work with developers of small projects, from the inception phase through purchase, building, marketing, and sales. He has become quite knowledgeable and has developed many contacts in the construction industry as he has worked with many clients renovating properties, from small condos to multi-million dollar apartment buildings, and many things in between. Bob’s interests now lie more in working with investors and people who want to take an old, run-down property and either fix it up or totally redevelop it.
