Margo Brower, Principal Broker

Margo has been in real estate full time since 1988, and is now our Principal Broker. In addition to that position she also functions as Director of Sales for the company and is very active in personally helping her clients buy and sell real estate. First time buyer? Margo will take you by the hand and walk you through the process. (She used to teach!) Experienced investor? Margo will very quickly cut to the chase and let you know the hard numbers as best can be determined. She will work with you, your attorney and CPA as needed to insure your needs are best met. She is well experienced in 1031 exchanges.
