Terese C. Hiram

Terese has been working in Real Estate since 2005. Her original focus was on residential sales and in 2012 she joined Captain Cook Real Estate to learn Property Management. Years later, she was promoted to Director of Property Management and has been a top sales agent many times with Captain Cook Real Estate.
Terese has her Brokers license and holds the designation of ABR, which is Accredited Buyer Agent.  She enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers to meet their needs.   She has many great owners that she works with in property management and is grateful to all those that work with her.  Terese is proud of the wonderful long-term Property Management Team.  Prior to Real Estate, she was in Media Sales, Radio, and Print and considers herself to be a salesperson.  Please reach out to her if she can be of any help.
